These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, services, challenges, digital content, coaching programs, and community groups (collectively, the "Services") offered by CBOS(TM) (Canine Business Operating System), operated by Arsenal Canine Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Services Offered

Our Services may include, but are not limited to, the Leash Rich Challenge (a free or paid multi-day live training event), VIP upgrade packages with additional resources and access, digital products such as workbooks, templates, calculators, and swipe files, coaching and consulting programs (including the CBOS Cohort), one-on-one strategy calls, access to private online communities (such as Facebook groups), and email communications including challenge updates, promotional offers, and educational content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Registration and Accounts

When you register for a challenge, purchase a product, or sign up for any of our Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Billing

Certain Services require payment. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By submitting a purchase, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes.

Payment plans. If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments in full and on time. Failure to complete payment plan installments does not relieve you of the obligation to pay the full amount owed. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to Services if payments are not received as scheduled.

Pricing changes. We reserve the right to change pricing for our Services at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

5. Refund Policy

Free challenges. No refund is applicable for free challenge registrations.

VIP upgrades and digital products. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales of VIP upgrades, digital workbooks, templates, swipe files, and similar downloadable products are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

Coaching programs and cohorts. Refund eligibility for coaching programs, including the CBOS Cohort, is governed by the specific terms presented at the time of enrollment. If a satisfaction guarantee or refund window is offered, it will be clearly stated on the sales page or enrollment agreement. In the absence of a stated guarantee, all coaching program sales are final.

Strategy calls. Fees paid for one-on-one strategy calls are non-refundable once the call has been completed or if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, worksheets, templates, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, and software — are the intellectual property of Arsenal Canine Academy and CBOS(TM) and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

CBOS(TM) and Canine Business Operating System(TM) are trademarks of Arsenal Canine Academy. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials provided through our Services for your personal and business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. You may not resell, share, or redistribute any digital products, course materials, or proprietary frameworks to third parties.

When using our Services, including participation in challenges, community groups, coaching calls, and any other interactive features, you agree to the following: you will not engage in harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other participants, staff, or any individual; you will not post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable; you will not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; you will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services, systems, or networks; you will not share, distribute, or reproduce proprietary content or materials from our programs without written permission; and you will not solicit, spam, or promote competing products or services within our communities or platforms.

We reserve the right to remove any user or participant from our Services, communities, or programs at our sole discretion, without refund, for violation of these Terms or for conduct we deem harmful to the community.

8. Community Groups

Our private Facebook groups and other community platforms are provided as a benefit of participation in our Services. Access to these groups is subject to compliance with these Terms and any additional group rules posted within the community. We reserve the right to approve or deny membership, remove posts, and revoke access at our discretion.

9. Coaching and Consulting Disclaimer

Our coaching, consulting, and educational Services are intended to provide general business education and guidance for dog training professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult with qualified professionals regarding your specific business, legal, and financial circumstances.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from participating in our challenges, programs, or coaching services. Your results will depend on numerous factors, including but not limited to your background, experience, dedication, work ethic, market conditions, and business decisions.

10. Earnings Disclaimer

Any income figures, revenue examples, or financial results referenced on our websites, in our marketing materials, or during our programs are illustrative only and are not guarantees of your future earnings. The results shared are those of the founder and select clients and are not typical. There is no assurance that you will achieve similar results. Your results will vary and depend on many factors, including but not limited to your background, experience, work ethic, market conditions, and the nature of your business. All business involves risk, and success requires substantial and consistent effort and action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arsenal Canine Academy, CBOS(TM), and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, regardless of the theory of liability.

You agree that any claims shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
